Coffee 'could halve breast cancer recurrence' in tamoxifen-treated patients

Consuming at least two cups of coffee a day could halve the risk of recurrence in patients diagnosed with breast cancer who are treated with tamoxifen, according to a new study.

Very interesting. It is possible to purchase slow release caffeine capsules over the counter. Amzon health sells them. I wonder if prolonged exposure to slow release caffeine would have value. Those interested should speak with their oncologists. I know caffeine has complex pharmacological actions, many involving Adenosine receptors.
