Thanks for posting this. Bone health after breast cancer is so important. I believe the tea studied in this particular study was black tea and it is the polyphenols in tea that are believed to provide the benefit. Unfortunately, most herbal teas do not contain polyphenols (but may have other benefit). For bone health it would be best to drink black, green or white teas. These also provide great antioxidant benefit as well.
