I'm trying unsuccessfully to change my profile pic. I can change my avatar without any problem, but when I try to change my profile pic I get a message "Unable to save image."
Can anyone help?

Sassy, could it be the new pic you're trying to upload has too many kb's? and the site won't allow it?

I would like to do so also but get the same message ("Unable to save image"). It seems to do that no matter what I do. I'm fairly computer savvy and would like to know how (rather than sending it to you Joe). It's 384x301 pixels 20 KB. I've tried it via .jpg .gif, by shrinking it further. It currently is set to 96 pixels per inch, does the density need to be different? Actually I changed density to 200 with 400x314 pixels and it still doesn't work. Please advise.
Thanks!
Melanie

Hey sassy
I think your son looks like Mick Jagger in your wig, only a much younger, cuter version!
Love,
Jade
