Since the drug is a Topo II inhibitor
I suppose one would need to be tested for TopoII to predict if it were linkly to be effective. According to Jean the test is done at USC. Hope this may help someone.

Joe, how long does it usually take these phase I trial drugs to become available to those with stage IV?...sherryg
