let's connect in our new chatroom @ ......

The chat room is a new function that has enormous potential in getting us to connect on a different level.

I would like to suggest, all who want to try-out the chatroom, do so a pre-determined times.....say, once 10:00 am EST or 1:00 PM PT; and again 6:00 PM EST or 3:00 PM PT; and again 9:00 PM EST or 6:00 PM PT. Let's try it out for the next week at those times starting tommorow (Thursday). That way you can meet other members and if the chat room gets too congested then you can still make time arrangements to continue your converstaion with your new "cyber-friend' and you can do so at a non-peak time.

This can be a very powerful tool to communicate on a more personal level. Let's use it!

I'll be there,
Al

Another way is: to send a private message to someone to meet you in the chat room at a certain time.

Thank you Al for that suggestion; I don't know if I can make the times you suggest only because it conflicts with my kids activities; but I will be watching to see how it works out!

Al,

I am all for it. I got here late at 9:28 and no one was in there. I will try and be on there this evening. I have been on other chat boards and they are so helpful and give you immediated feedback. Hope to see you there tonight.
Love the pic of Linda and McKenzie.

Note that you have to RE-register for the chat room. I was able to use a different password that I can remember! Hope to see some of you there when I get the time.
