How am I suppose to feel?

Last Monday, I went to my onc to get the results of my ct's which were done the day before Thanksgiving. Now, I had 2 fairly clear scans before that, but have already had one reaccurance since my first chemo, and while on herceptin. (I am stage 4 her2+++) I am usually OK until I get scans, then I am a nervous wreck! Well, the scans were good, but I just didn't feel the relief I usually do. We are doing scans again in Feb, he wants to keep a close eye on me....which is good.

My husband seems to think I should be back to my old self, but I am so very nervous-its like I am just waiting for the next +scan.

I always get real nervous at scan times. My Dr. does scans around every two months. I tell myself that it's ok to feel that way. I'm usually an upbeat type of person but scan times I'm a mess. Patty H
