I've been NED on Herceptin mono-therapy since August 2001, receive it every 3 weeks since April 2002. I've discussed going "solo" with my onc, but he feels it's my decision and supports me either way. So far I'm comfortable staying on treatment, but I agree there's the potential for resistance. I think if I stay NED, I will eventually feel secure enough to go off Herceptin.
