omega 6
dear RB,
I notice that you talk a lot about omega 6. If I understand you correctly, omega 6 is bad for those of us with cancer and we should be sure to have enough omega 3 to counter balance the omega 6. What should we avoid to lower our omega 6? and do you have copies of medical documents to illustate this problem? I'm HER2+++ plus ER+ and PR+. (It seems that most HER2+++ people are negative PR & ER.) Was your cancer aggravated by omega 6? Your advice and suggestions are appreciated.
