Interesting post.

It helps highlight that food are chemical repositories which the body has found useses for intereacted with over millenia.

Many foods do not appear to have been looked at in this sort of detail.

For me the conclusion is as wider breadth of whole food even in very small quantities as possible, whilst keeping an eye on the foods known through the ages to be of benifit.

In respect of trying to get a wide mix foods like "green powders" or mixes with herbs and spices in may be a useful dietary addition, or do your own mix it grind it and use a little everyday.
