Julie, it could be nerve pain; how long since you've had chemo? Some nerve damage can remain and cause symptoms months later. Also, I have arthritis in my joints, including my wrists, which is aggravated by Herceptin. It's more of an ache rather than a shooting pain however. But you should call in to your onc's office and let them know you're having these pains if they persist.
