Heat and Radiation

I am to start radiation the first part of Janaury and would like any information on heat with the radiation that I have read a little about lately. I have really found this website helpful.

I had radiation in April-May. I'm not sure what you're referring to about heat but I sometimes felt a burning sensation. I wasn't really bad, just a little uncomfortable. I also had some problem with "Sunburn" from the radiation but again, it wasn't bad , just uncomfortable. Honestly, after chemo, radiation felt like a piece of cake to me and the worst part was driving an hour each way every day for 6 weeks to have the treatment. The good part is I felt up to the drive!
