The script above is only a begining. You can add, as StephN suggests, the power of the particular medication or treatment you are using. Herceptin is our miracle and its power can be envisioned. You can envision the unhealthy cells being attacked by white knights, or dragons, or whatever imagry is helpful and evokes a powerful healing response in your body. I think the breathing is especially important, the healing white light is important, and repetition is very important. You could also take the script, either this one or whatever you devise by adding to it, with you to chemotherapy and either listen to the tape you've made or just read the words over and over.
