First, maybe I'm reading this wrong, but how can they measure growth that small? I mean .2 mm? Really? Or are we talking .2 cm which would be 2 mm and still not a lot of progression. Remember this is all a computer generated reconstruction of a computer generated image  . I don't know what type of scan you are getting, but if say it was a CT scan with 5mm or even 2 mm slices, the difference could even be they picked up a slightly different view.
You might be able to make a play for rescanning sooner than they would, to confirm that this is indeed progression, given that the serum Her2 is stable/down and you have questions on what the mammary node represents.
