This was an article on PLoS a wonderful site which publishes articles in full to be read for free by everyone.

There was no trouble finding it and I listed it as available in full for free so that those here with the wish would read it in its entirety.

The PLoS site, which was founded by an ex head of the American Academy of Sciences and ex president of Stanford University, seeks to make as much of the world's scientific literature available for all to read in full as possible. As such, they have an easy link on their site to write one's congresspeople asking that all research done with any taxpayer money be available in full online, as the research has been paid by US and thus WE should have full access to its results.

Again, articles at the PLoS site are freely available in full.

I am encouraging those who wish to to follow the link at the site to try to open up the treasure chest of information (ammunition) to ALL.
