Hi Karen,
I know you are looking for advice on how to feel better and stronger. I'm sorry I can't help you with that, because other than what you are doing, I don't know what else you could do.
But, I can offer you encouragement because YES, I do believe it will get better EVENTUALLY. I know EVENTUALLY sounds like a long time away, but it will get here. Just hang on to that.
Also I can offer you my prayers this morning dear Karen, and that I have already done. I also pray that God would lift your spirit this day and let you feel joy and peace.
The journey is hard often times....there is no doubt. We can only trust that the One leading us knows the struggles we face and rest in the fact that He loves us and will be with us every step of the way.
