another pix question

Is there a way to attach a picture to a post? Not anything important, just took a picture today while going after dilly and I liked it so I thought I'd share.

I'm not very good at this, either (note no photo with my name), but I just played around a bit and I think that this worked:

1. After you click on "post reply", click on the little paperclip above, between the font colors and the undo arrow. (you only get this option if you choose post reply, not quick reply.

2. near the top of the window that appears, click on "choose file" in the square for "upload from your computer", find the photo on your computer and click "upload". I think it will then appear when you send your post. Or you can click on "preview post" under the icons and if it worked, the photo should be there.

thanks, i'll give it a try tomorrow. Here's the really easy instructions they gave me for the avatar. At the top click on user cp. In control panel on left side hit edit avatar. Choose custom avatar. Browse your computer, select your pix and save. I managed that one.
