I appreciate your birthday greetings. Today I take my brother for his bone biopsy. BUT AFTER THAT I am going to one of those trendy cupcake bakeries and buying myself the most decadent one I can find. (I just lost 40 pounds of treatment weight and won't tempt myself with a whole cake.) Yesterday at the supermarket found ice cream with no fat, no sugar and no lactose. I was afraid to read the ingredient list. What could have been in there? All I know is that it made me "noisy" even though it said no lactose. Too much information, ladies?!! Again, thanks for birthday greetings.
