I read an article in First magazine that said many women are lacking in magnesium which causes fatigue. Let me know if you are interested in more information... I'll look for my magazine and send the info to you.

Vitamin B12 also can help with energy levels. It's available in tablets, or dissolving pills, or can be gotten via prescription in injectable form.
