Thanks for the reminder, Believe.
Waiting for appointments like this can seem to take an eternity and then some. But we know Kate. She is handling it by getting all her ducks in a row.
It is my prayer that these small spots are NOT METS AT ALL. Can't be sure if she had a scan showing her lungs in the past, but many of us have small nodules are are not mets (I have one that does not change - just sits there, so does my hubby). Without a PET or PET/CT I am not sure that these are mets.
My optimism is based on the info that the HER2 serum was only slightly elevated and still in normal range. Just thought I would toss out my positive thoughts on this very worrisome situation.

shopping for green shoes
Kate and friends,
Well, I decided I really do need a pair of green shoes. I was not maybe online when the green shoe remedy was invented. But I believe in the green shoes. So as soon as I can I will shop for some. In the meantime lots of love and hugs to Kate.
No ocean here, but the sunset is beautiful,
Catherine

Kate,
You are at the top of the list of prayers tonight!
Will keep you there all day tomorrow...you should be feeling
