Great. Now they only have to move it into early BC

Since there are alot of node-negative ER+ women whose doctors think that they won't really benefit from chemo, but there aren't any trials using herceptin without chemo, so they are a bit stuck. At least in the UK, where doctors don't have as much freedom as in the US to do things that haven't been thoroughly tested first.
