New lump found / Awaiting biopsy results

I was originally diagnosed in Aug. '04 with bc in my right breast. I've been through chemo, radiation, mastectomy and reconstruction, and began one year of herceptin in Aug.'05 and will finish this September. I went for my annual mammogram on my remaining left breast yesterday and they found a lump. I immediately had an ultrasound and then saw my surgeon and he did a biopsy. Will get the biospy results back on Monday. If lump is malignant, is it possible that it's a recurrence of my original cancer or would it be a second primary cancer? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I'm seeing my oncologist on Monday, but I'm very anxious.

Thank you
