Just found out I'm Her2/Neu2+..now what?

Hi Guys,

I'm having a bad day and it's just getting worse....I just got pathology report and it says I'm Her2/Neu + and my ratio is Amplified with a ratio of 11.8 (whatever that means, probably bad) and I'm ER positive 55% and PR negative at 2%. P53 is negative (don't know what that means either) and Ki 67 is bordeline. (?)

I was DCIS with high nuclear grade.

I had Lumpectomy w/SNB with clean margins and negative node.

Big question: What is in store for me next? I don't know if they are going to be recommending Tamoxifen or some other drugs after radiation.

I heard Herceptin is good to combat the Her2 but do they use it for DCIS noninvasive cancer?

Thanks for any info on this!
