Need Help ASAP!

Hi Ladies- This is not breast cancer related but I thought you may have some ideas anyway.
My cousin (38y.o. and male) was dx with esophogeal and gastric adeno sarcoma lst Sept. He underwent very aggressive chemo and radiation. The tumor shrunk about 50% and they were planning surgery to remove the rest.
Hpever they have now discover the cancer has gone into the bones (sacral area) He is asking for help, suggestions, alternative trestments (to supplemnt tradional treatment, not relace it). I find so much good information on this site and hope dpomeone out there can offer suggestions as to what chemo etc you have found helpful for this paticular cancer. Thanks so much..
