Need your advice on how much to take of some supplements and vitamins. I'm slowing adding to my arsenal, but want to take the correct amounts.
Could you all advize on the daily amounts on each of the following:
Multi oils, GLA, omega 3, omega 6, olive oil (currently staying away from flaxseed as I am er+/pr+--want to research more.
Glucosamine/condrotin--do I even need the condroitin or just glucosamine?
Calcium with vitamin D
B-6 complex
Am triple positive, Stage II, grade 2
Completed 4dd a/c 10 taxol/hercep, 33 rads
Currently on Herceptin 3x, Arimidex and Fosamex.
I know there has been a lot of discussion and I'm trying to weed everything out and add proper dosage as I add to my daily regimen.
I appreciate any help you all can give.
