Need good thoughts and prayers please!

I wrote about 1 month ago regarding my mom's balance issues and how they were declining. She has brain mets that were treated 2 years ago with WBR and now some are acting up again. Well from the waist down, every week since then, her mobility has declined. She is no longer able to walk and is numb but still has slight movement. We saw the doctors at Yale last week regarding gamma knife and they said they can do it to treat the mets in the brain but they are not sure if that is what is causing the walking problem. We had another MRI of the spine which showed three spots, that may be causing the problem, we have to compare them to her bone/CT scan from 6 months ago first. I guess if that is the issue she will have to have radiation on her spine also. Mom goes for gamma knife on Thursday. My dad can't take care of her anymore so she had to be admitted to the hospital last night. She hates that but doesn't want my dad to hurt himself, so she knows it is for the best. From the waist up she is fine, looks great, huge appetite, and constantly jokes. This not walking thing is just scaring us so much. She knows she will get through it and walk again soon, it's just this inbetween time that stinks!!! Please say some prayers for my mom Nancy and send all the good thoughts you can her way. Thanks for listening!!! Kristin
