This IS a "breast" cancer website so I thought I'd share something my 4 yo said today. I hope you find it as cute as I did if not, I'm sorry.
My mother, 4 yo son and I still live in an apartment (due to my fathers illness last year and then his death and my breast cancer dx THIS year, my plans on buying a house got delayed until 2006) w/ 1 bathroom. This morning as I had just gotten undressed to get in the shower, my 4yo son ran in having to use the bathroom. He looked at my chest and said, "Mommy, what are those round things on the end of your puppies(when I nursed my son, my mom refered to my breasts as puppies and this has been what they are called ever since)." So I told him that when he was a baby he used to drink milk from them. Eyes widening, mouth rounding, he said "MOMMY!!!! YOU WERE A COW?!" Well...he's got the right idea
