I made it

Thanks for your help. I logged in and chatted on Friday 6th, midday here. It was great to make contact. Tried again today but no-one was there. I work odd hours, so it's difficult for me to predict a reliable time when I will be "always in", but will keep trying Tuesday to Saturday at midday when ever I can.
