Sometimes I would see a very brief flash of red gold colors in the left upper part of my vision. Lasted for seconds and was very intermittent. Then I had 3 episodes of very brief double vision followed by a headache that turned out to be a migraine. ( I have a long history of migraines and have had visual changes with my migraines for several years. )

No one thought we would find anything but I asked for an MRI because I am her 2 positive and my last mri was a year ago.

Low and behold I have 3 very small ( 1 mm, 2mm, and 4 mm ) brain mets in areas that have absolutely nothing to do with vision. I basically have no symptoms related to these brain mets.

I think it is a really good idea to get routine brain mri's for women who are her 2 positive because we are at increased risk. There is no downside to an mri.
