My elderly mom broke her hip so I went to cheer her up and get really nasty with all her caregivers where she lives...I was certainly their worst nightmare being there all day every day. But she got the care she needed to begin her recovery. Can't say what is going on now that I am gone unfortunately. I pray that God will keep her in His care and I know He will.
I kind of lost touch with all of your ups and downs but I am trusting you are all taking care of yourselves and God is blessing your responses to your treatment and giving those living with NED a lot of peace and freedom from worry.
That is really a trick isn't it?? I have a nagging pain in my back, I try to ignore. But the onc said today it warrants a bone scan, so Friday is my day. I really don't think I have to worry as herceptin works marvelously to keep tumors from forming. I guess we all get aches and pains as we get older. I am pretty sure it is nothing. Good to find out though.........
I have always enjoyed Fall...the color and the cool breezes, football, stuff like that. For some reason I just feel sad this year. I hate to see the plants turning brown and dying, leaves falling, barren things. Guess I am just experiencing a little general malaise today. We still have so much to be thankful for. Joy does come in the morning!!!! Past bedtime!!
I rejoice with your progress and good reports. Keep up the good work... God bless, Lola
