I have two friends who had major heart problems and had no idea that is what was happening to them. Heartburn was a big clue for one of them. I also remember my grandmother's symptoms for her THREE heart attacks.
At the least - go see your General Doc to get your heart checked out. As soon as possible. I am sure when you call in with what you have reported in your post they will make room for you in their schedule.
