He just returned from an oncology conference in Chicago that totally focused on chemotherapy. I asked him about this and he said that he has seen NOTHING in the literature and NOTHING was mentioned at the conference about this. No evidence or studies that adria is spreading the cancer in her2's. I think that unless someone produces a study (and even with that I'd be skeptical unless it was really large) we should just let the subject go and not cause panic, and assume that the nurse communicated it incorrectly. Sound good?
