Are BioSil and Liquid Collagen safe?

Anyone ever heard of BioSil, a ch-OSA advanced collagen generator, comprised of Silicon (as Choline-Stabilized Orethosilicic Acid) (ch-OSA) and Choline, for the reducing wrinkles, strengthening hair, nails and promoting healthy bones and joints?

The other product, is AminoSculpt, an anti-aging liquid collagen Hydrolyzed Collagen with some protein amino acids). The bottle says it supports hair, skin, nails, energy and recovery.

I showed these to my endocrinologist and he said silicon is like sand and why take it, even if it is liquid. There were good reviews on it, but now I'm not so sure. If some of you have any knowledge on this, please let me know. My purpose was primarily to improve my skin and thinning hair. I'd rather be safe than jeopardize my health for something that focuses on image.
