I'm not sure whether I should laugh or cry. Is this a sick joke to celebrate a return to a healthy life or something else that could be wrong...(this is kind of a scarcastic comment)...
I find myself today on the day I will be leaving my current job (thread elsewhere under career crossroads) to find that just maybe my periods have returned.
I guess the one thing I would have celebrated never to have returned.
I kind of have to laugh inside thinking God is saying, "Go into your new life, you have been restored." and then cry..with a hint of fear that only the coming days will reveal the signs of new life in my body.
TMI, I know, but hey, we're sisters, right?!
I'm 49 and was pre-menopausal when this ride began at 47 and the docs said it was highly unlikely my periods would return...now today, of all days?
Let's hope it's this and not some other stage of disease. I'd almost forgotten the signs.
