feet swelling..can it be from herceptin and heart?
my right foot is so swollen. I have never had a problem with any type of swelling. I got my first 3 week dose of herceptin today. I wonder if the taxotere problems with my toenails could have made it swell or it herceptin could have made it worse.
I remember when my mom had her feet to swell the doctor said she was maintaining water around her heart and when that happens, the fluid can drain to your feet and legs. any one know any thing on this?
i have minor lymphedema in my left arm. never had any problems with it for months and now my arm is getting thick. i put the sleeve on and been wearing itdaily. my knuckles, which are not covered by sleeve or glove is all swollen and puffy. i had to take off all my rings. my toes and fingers are tingling too. numb at times, especially my fingers.
jsut wondering if anyone has had any experience with this type of swelling and numbness. i was so excited today to get herceptin and no more chemo. i still am excited but concerned about this swelling in my foot and lower leg.
thanks!!
