I'm wondering something about American survival rates and stats ...

Is it accurate to say that the US has the highest survival rate for
breast cancer when not everyone can be tested and treated?

I think, not sure, that the countries that do routine mammograms
at age 50 have universal health care ... The U.S does them at age
40 but not everyone has access. I don't pay much attention to
the stats from the USA because they are only talking about the
people who get treated ... in a universal system everyone who wants
treatment will receive it.

As for that question about the US aiming for the same system as Canada,
I haven't heard that and I don't think our exact system would work in
the States. Our system has gradually evolved to what it is now and we
have a very small population compared to the US.
