Tumor still shrinking

I'm on my 5th week of the herception/tykerb trail and saw the dr today. The tumor is now about 2cm x 2 1/2 cm and she said only God knows because it's hard for her to even feel it now. It started out at 8cm. I'm so happy with the results of the trail. I'm the first patient at Vanderbilt to be this far along in the trail as this is a new trail for them. I think they told me most women in this study were at Baylor and the success rate was a little under 50% for tumor shrinkage. I have experienced runny nose, mouth sores, fatigue and bloody nose. Of course, some of these are from the herceptin and some from the tykerb. I did ask for anti-depressants and they have helped with the "crying spells".
