Red face

This post certainly covers a lot of points, but I'd rather be seeing a world of pink and knowing someone is doing something.
When I was diagnosed in 1993 and after one of my early treatments, the national news covered a Breast Cancer awareness gathering and it was so sad to see widowers, mothers, daughters, small children crying for their departed loved ones. On our bookshelves I read stories of women's journeys with all their fears and their hopelessness. After reading these books (gifts) I reread "Love, Miracles and Medicine" I never want to go back to that moment and be left hopeless. These walks, runs, pink ribbons, (I even have a pink frying pangift) are giving our loved ones a feeling of empowerment. I truly thank our wonderful ladies and men who put the positive spin on B.C.
Pink, I have a picture of the same bear, ( I think).
Hugs,
Diana
