They did a modified radical mastectomy a year ago; she refused radiation and chemo following surgery. About 4 months ago the cancer returned, including a spot on her spine and two on her ribs. They started her on Herceptin. After 4 Herceptin tx's, the spot on the spine is larger and there are two new spots on her ribs. The oncologist wants to start her on Tykerb. I'm looking for anyone who has a similar situation or has been on Tykerb."""
