High Muga

I saw my Oncologist today and he gave me the scores to my Muga that I had done a week ago. He was shocked and said my score EF score was 85. He said that my heart was in good enough shape to go run a marathon. He thought that with all the chemo and me being on Herceptin weekly for the last 2 years, it wouldn't be that high. I took this as being a positive thing, then I got online and it said the normal range was 50 - 70, and that anything higher might indicate a heart problem. such as Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. This is the disease that kills some of the young athletes.....what the HECK!!! I exercise a lot and do a lot of cardio and would just prefer to think my hearts in good shape, my Oncologist seemed impressed. Have any of you had a high MUGA and know more about this..sherryg
