her1 downregulators are erlotonib, gefitnib, lapatinib and perhaps even retinol and vitamin a derivatives. Perhaps a combination of these her1 inhibitors with her2 inhibitors, herceptin and oleic acid, decreases the proliferation or growth of the deliterious her2 pathway.
