update on co-worker

My son saw my friend from work who was diagnosed with lung,liver,lymph,gland cancer last fall. She did 4 or 5 months of chemo and was said to be all clear. About 3 months later she was in icu with multiple tumors in her brain, no other cnacer noted. She did 13 rads to the brain. Now, about another 3 months later she is starting chemo again because it is back in her liver. I am so scared for her with the way this keeps coming back. Is there hope for her, or is it going to keep coming back like this since it was in her lymph nodes and glands? Either way, your prayers would be appreciated.
