father A negative mother 0 negative

Hi

I had a miscarriage at my 5th month of my pregnancy .I am 0 negative and i am waiting the results of a blood test that i will have next week. They told me in the hospital that the baby was positive .They never ask what type of blood the father was.Today my partner told me that he's blood type is A negative. Is it possible to have a positive baby when both fathers are negative? Or has been a mistake of the hospital ,here in london (UK) ...

The public health care here is free but terrible, they discharge me from the hospital telling me i did not need the injection for the antibodies, after 3 days they sent me a nurse to shoot me an injection because they said i need it but the 72 hours period had past..

If anybody in this forum can give some advice it will be very helpful as i am very nervous ..

Thanks
