Examples Please
Hello -
Rhonda and Becky were so helpful yesterday in all they "taught" me on The Breast Cancer diet. Now, if you wouldn't mind - could someone give me a few examples of a typical day of eating - ie - breakfast - lunch - dinner - snacks etc.
I did like that Rhonda treats herself weekly to a snack ie - cookie - bar - pie etc.

P.S. Is having the ultra sound of my arm pit today - remember my PET/CT scan showed everything was super duper - however, 1 tiny glitch - lymph node opposite side of breast cancer side lit up - onc. and surgeon say "forget about it" BUT I'm having an ultra sound of the left "pit" area just to be sure.
