What works better with herceptin side effects?

Hi. I get herceptin every week and for about 24 hours after taking it, I feel pretty yucky. I was wondering what would work best for that feeling- tylenol or benadryl? I don't have a fever. Just post nasal drip, watery eyes and a general just yucky feeling. God Bless You All- Cathy
