Hello to all you great people on the website. I consider all of you my friends and appreciate all your input. I keep my oncologist on his toes thanks to all the good info from this site! Just wanted to tell you that my onc just called to tell me that my latest bone scan shows a possible tumor on T11 vertebra that we will check out with a PET scan. I had cancer show up in T9 and T10 15 years ago and it was "healed" (the MRI doctor's words), so I am not too worried. It is just another anomaly in my 20 years of fighting BC! The nodules that showed up on my lungs a year ago have never grown or changed, thanks to herceptin and all the rest. Also thought you might be interested that the temperature where I live near Phoenix, Az, has been up to 117f. this past week, and 125 in the area near Bullhead City, Az and Laughlin, Nevada on the Colorado River border. You may ask "how do you stand it?"---well, everything (car, home, church, shops) is airconditioned and most of us never feel the heat. I do really feel for the yard people and construction workers, though, and anyone else who has to be out in the heat. Hugs, Tricia
