Sorry to hear they found some nodules. But I bet they are scarring from the pneumonia you had. Two friends of mine went through this over the past couple of years, and both turned out to be scarring from infections. I know you are scared, and I would be too, but there's a good chance that this is B9!
Hang in there, girl! And call that doc! You need to be reassured.
