Erika (Eccles)
I just read something that she died? I remember her posting here occasionally. Does anyone know her story? I'm so sorry for her family

Michele,
I am so sorry to hear that. I remember her and I can' remember the last time I saw a post from her. It is so sad when we hear someone lost their battle. I would mind a commerative page just to acknowledge when one of our cyber-friends passes on. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family as well.

A lady called Erika in the Uk died on Friday 28th October. I don't know if this is the same lady you are talking about.
She posted a lot on Breast Cancer Care UK boards and was much loved. She is very much missed by us all.

Michele,
Go to the attached website. I too remember her, but not sure of her situation. You should read some of her posts on the attached site (she was Bowdy)...VERY insightful and I can see WHY she will be greatly missed.

MIchelle,
I did a search and it appeared that Erika last posted here in January in response to your post.
I, too, would really like Joe to add a Memorial page.
Love and light to all,
Lisa

I love the idea of the memorial page, possibly with a photo of the person if one is available, & possibly a place for others to post a rememberance. I lost a dear friend this week who was diagnosed just last March...she had just completed chemo, got married in Aug. then was taken by a blood clot.
Every day we have is a blessing.

Erika (Bowdy) definitely visited the her2 site
Hi everyone,
I know that Erika (Bowdy) definitely visited the her2support website because she mentioned Joe and Christine in a posting to me once.
Erika had brain mets as her first site of recurrence, which is rough, but was very supportive of others, with a very wry wit. We will all miss her.
