What is the status of aromatase inhibitors combined with Herceptin?

AI's and herceptin have been shown to be superior to tamoxifen and herceptin. It may one day be shown to be likely because of lack of steric hinderance of 2 molecules trying to associate with the cellular surface at the same time.
