weekly vs. 3 weekly - side effects?

I went from weekly to 3 weekly in April 2002, and for that initial dose felt no difference! Since then, I'll sometimes feel tired and sleepy for the day of, and fine the next day; occasionally feel "fluish" the rest of the day, but that doesn't happen very often. This is pretty much how I felt on the weekly, also, so really the 3 weekly hasn't been any different.
