Do you all have Osteoporosis?

I was just wondering if you all had osteoporosis.
I had my DEX done and on the T-scale was .09. My internist just put me on 1500mg calcium citrate and 500mg vit D and told me to walk 30 minutes a day. If you are osteopenia, should I be talking to my doc? At which point do you go on something like femara? Is there a point on the scale?

I don't know if I have osteoporosis...my bone density test 2 yrs ago said no bone loss, but that was before the cancer dx. Hmmmm. I see my onc again in Dec and will discuss.
